Did you know: Murder, homicide cases in Metro Manila

The highest number of people killed in Metro Manila for the first six months of the year was recorded in Quezon City, according to data from the National Capital Region Police Office. From January to June 2013, there were 218 cases of murder and homicide reported by the Quezon City Police District, 189 cases by the Southern Police District, 102 by the Northern Police District, 47 by the Manila Police District and 44 by the Eastern Police District.—Schatzi Quodala, Inquirer Research
