Naga school pupils get toothbrushes, toothpaste

A TOTAL of 827 pupils of NPC-Colon Elementary School in barangay Colon, Naga City, southern Cebu received toothbrushes and toothpastes from Kepco SPC Power Corp.

The distribution of dental products was held at the school grounds during the culminating program for the “Nutrition Month” in July.

It was also in line with the “Isang Milyong Sipilyo” program spearheaded by the Naga City government to promote dental health awareness among the elementary pupils.

Kepco has partnered with the Department of Health (DOH), Naga City government and the Department of Education for the “Isang Milyong Sipilyo” program.

Also in celebration of “Nutrition Month,” Kepco conducted a feeding program and distributed vitamins to the kindergarten and day care pupils in barangay Colon, the host community of Kepco power plant.
