MANILA, Philippines—Another bomb scare hit Manila Wednesday, this time it was the Department of justice that was thrown in panic by the threat sent via text message.

Court employees were ordered to vacate the DOJ  building immediately after authorities allegedly received a bomb threat, police said.

The scare came hours after tension gripped the Court of Appeals over a bomb threat.

Manila Police District’s Tactical Operations Center said the information on the alleged bomb threat sent via a text message was received by its office around 12:39 p.m.

Employees were immediately asked to leave the buildings as bomb experts check the DOJ building.
