Did you know: Manila’s most populated area

About 38 percent, or 628,106, of the 1.7 million total population of the City of Manila is located in Tondo, making it the city’s most populous area based on the 2010 Census of Population and Housing. Tondo is followed by Sampaloc (20.7 percent), Sta. Ana (10.7 percent) and Sta. Cruz (7 percent). The least populated area in Manila is Intramuros with 0.3 percent.—Schatzi Quodala, Inquirer Research
