Some Metro Manila classes suspended due to heavy rains

MANILA, Philippines—Exiting tropical storm “Jolina” spawned heavy rains, prompting officials to suspend classes in some cities in Metro Manila.

Classes have been suspended in the following cities/schools:

  • Pasay City: Afternoon classes for elementary and high school, in both private and public schools, are suspended.
  • Taguig City: Classes in preschool, in both public and private schools, are suspended.
  • San Sebastian College-Manila suspends afternoon classes for pre-school and elementary levels
