Pag-Ibig bares new short-term loan system
THE Cebu South and North branches of Pag-Ibig Fund announced the implementation of the new Short-Term Loan (STL) System effective Aug. 1.
The new system seeks to provide faster and more efficient processing of loan applications.
Under the new system, loan applicants must register online with their Pag-Ibig Membership ID (MID) number.
Employees who are not yet registered may register online at www.pagibigfund.gov.ph or visit the Pag-Ibig office for assistance.
Victoria dela Peña, Pag-Ibig vice president for the Visayas, said “while the Pag-Ibig Fund moves towards a new and more efficient system, we ask for the members and employers’ cooperation and understanding as we adjust to this new system.”
