An empty ammunition clip for a cal. 22 firearm was found beside the bodies of two unidentified men believed to be summary execution victims. The two men, described as between 25 and 30 years old and 5’5” tall, were found at 1 a.m. Wednesday on Mindanao Avenue, Quezon City, by patrolling policemen. PO2 Rhic Roldan Pittong of the Quezon City Police District said both had been shot to death. One of the victims was in a blue shirt, black jacket and shorts and bore tattoos on his shoulder, right knee and wrist.
