Fire rages in Pasay shanty area
MANILA, Philippines—The fire raging through a shanty community in Pasay City Wednesday afternoon was raised to Task Force Alpha, the National Capital Region-Bureau of Fire Protection said.
Fire Officer 3 Owen Ferrera said the blaze engulfed a still undetermined number of houses on Abelo Cruz in Malibay, Pasay City past 1 p.m.
The alarm was raised to Task Force Alpha at 1:57 p.m.
