MANILA, Philippines — An intertropical convergence zone will bring rains in parts of Luzon and Visayas Tuesday, the state weather bureau said.

“Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, CAR, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol Region, Visayas and Caraga will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms,” the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said.

The rest of the country, meanwhile, will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

The weather bureau is also not monitoring any potential cyclone in the country.

“Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the southwest will prevail over Palawan and its coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the southwest to southeast with slight to moderate seas,” Pagasa said.
