Aquino arrives in Congress for SONA

MANILA, Philippines—President Benigno Aquino III arrived at the House of Representatives in Quezon City Monday for his fourth State of the Nation Address.

Aquino, who was set to deliver his speech before a joint session of Congress, was on board the presidential helicopter.

He was escorted to the Presidential Legislative Liaison Office.

This year’s SONA marks Aquino’s third year in office since his election in 2010.
