Teletech starts streak in E-League

After a shaky start, the Telstra-Teletech Titans are now on a mini roll as they snatched their second straight victory via a 68-62 triumph over the SSI Warriors last Sunday in the 2013 E-League for Basketball at the City Sports Club-Cebu Gym.

After four successive losses to start the tournament, the Titans logged their first winning streak behind the superb game of Clifford Amarado, who scattered 24 points, four rebounds, three assists, one blocked shot and a steal.

Meanwhile, Archie Batua and Jasper Loreto combined forces to lead the Accenture Sharks to a 101-47 slaying of the Talleco Bandits.

Batua scored 17 of his 22 points in the third quarter, while Loreto spearheaded the Sharks’ searing fourth period attack, where he unloaded 12 of his game-high 24 markers.

In the other game, the Aegis Vipers kept their unbeaten record intact by punishing the Eperformax Reds, 74-61.
