/ 11:38 PM July 11, 2013

The Light Rail Transit Authority, which has offices in the cities of Pasay and Pasig, was created 33 years ago on July 12, 1980, through Executive Order No. 603. Considered the country’s premiere rail transit agency which provides mass rail services to Metro Manila residents, it oversees LRT Lines 1 and 2 which run from Baclaran in Pasay City to Roosevelt in Quezon City and from Santolan in Pasig to Recto in Manila, respectively.
