A Radyo Inquirer 990AM report said the vehicle was being driven by one Cirillo Villa to take the children, who have not been identified, to a school in Fairview when a white Mitsubishi Montero Sport shot at the vehicle’s side mirror.

When Villa stopped to check the damage, four armed men went down from the Montero Sport and took the vehicle with the children.
