In her complaint, the victim said she was walking to school at 5:30 a.m. on Monday, near a bus terminal on New York Street in Cubao, when a red car stopped in front of her. The driver, she added, opened the door to the front passenger seat and asked her for directions.

He later grabbed her by the arm and forced her into the vehicle. The girl said that she begged the man to set her free but the driver suddenly parked the car by the side of the road and attempted to rape her.

She fought him off and started kicking at the dashboard as she cried for help. It was when the man apparently realized that the vehicle had been damaged that he ordered the girl to get out of the car.

As soon as she was out of the vehicle, the teenager took note of its license plate and went to the police to ask for help.
