THE Jose Rizal University Heavy Bombers and the Perpetual Help Altas collide for a share of the lead in the standings in the ongoing Season 89 of the NCAA men’s basketball tournament today at the Arena in San Juan City.

The two teams emerged victorious in their respective opening games last week.

JRU rode the hot shooting of Philip Paniamogan to beat the Mapua Cardinals, 83-72, while the Altas crushed the Emilio Aguinaldo College Generals, 69-49.
