THE Fine Arts Students Organization (FASO) of the University of the Philippines Cebu (UP Cebu) joined an exhibit dubbed “The Little Secrets” at Qube Gallery in The Persimmon, Mabolo, Cebu City.
The exhibit features the artworks of UP Fine Arts faculty, alumni and students and 10 other Cebuano artists.
“The exhibit is a celebration of the underground art scene in Cebu,” said Estimo, a Fine Arts faculty.
The collection of artworks in the modernism-inspired gallery was produced using mixed media from prints, graffiti to collages.
“Throughout the different art movements in Cebu, traditional art is the strongest since this is traced to our history. The artists from The Little Secrets introduce something different and unique,” senior Fine Arts student Gavino Davaso said.
The exhibit is open to the public until July 9.
