Servania to face tough Mexican Sept. 10
BACOLOD City’s Genesis Servania of the ALA Gym will face his first foreign foe on Sept. 10 in the undercard of ALA Promotions and ABS-CBN Sports’ Pinoy Pride 8: Philippines vs. Mexico at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino.
Mario “Huracan” Macias (W22-L7 10 KOs), a veteran of 29 fights will be Servania’s toughest test to date as Macias is a typical Mexican fighter who has a big heart and a warrior’s mentality.
Servania (14W-0L 5 KOs) was suppose to meet veteran Gerson Guerrero also of Mexico but the latter was deemed unfit to fight after failing his medical examinations.
Pinoy Pride 8: Philippines vs. Mexico will be headlined by Milan “El” Metodico” Melindo vs. Francisco Rosas and Jason “El Nino” Pagara vs. Rosbel Montoya.
