Goldberry downs ProjectCars

TEAM Goldberry Hotel stunned the ProjectCars Display, 70-69, in last weekend’s D Basketball League of Cebu 2013 Basketball Tournament at the Guadalupe Sports Complex.

Goldberry Hotel overcame a huge deficit in the second half and took advantage of ProjectCars Display’s turnovers to chalk up the victory.

Dave Lim’s last-second shot sealed the heart-stopping win.

Lim scored a total of 17 points to lead GoldBerry.

The loss was ProjectCars’ first in the Barkadahan division.

Meanwhile, Parklane International Hotel defeated Function Philippines,81-76,  in the tournament in the inter-company division.

Autolab lost to  San Remegio Beach Club, 77-92, in the same vision. /Correspondent Dale G. Rosal
