MANILA, Philippines – The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration on Monday night raised the yellow rainfall alert in several parts of Metro Manila.
The advisory means that the expected rainfall amount is between 7.5 mm and 15 mm within one hour and likely to continue.
Pagasa said the target areas are the following:
CAMANAVA
Manila
Pasig
Pasay
Taguig
Makati
Paranaque
Las Piñas
Muntinlupa
Quezon City (Fairview, Novaliches and Commonwealth)
Mandaluyong
Pateros
Pagasa said flooding is possible in low-lying areas as it urged people to monitor the weather condition.
