Pagasa warns of rains, flashfloods
MANILA, Philippines—The Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration on Friday advised residents of Metro Manila and nearby provinces to take precautionary measures against heavy rains, strong winds, lightning and possible flashfloods.
In a thunderstorm advisory at 5:48 p.m., the state weather bureau said thunderstorm will affect portions of Pampanga, Bulacan, Metro Manila, Rizal and the Quezon towns of Real, Infanta, and General Nakar.
