CAMP CRAME, Philippines – Police personnel based at the National Headquarters, Camp Crame, can now make free, unlimited overseas calls to their loved ones for a month. Thanks to the Philippine National Police Communications and Electronics Service (PNPCES).

The ‘Libreng Tawag Abroad’ program, which will run from August to September, is offered to NHQ-based personnel and its dependents. Calls may be made to 38 countries and including mobile phones.

The LTA program is a partnership between PNPCES and Contact Point Philippines, and is part of PNPCES’ 69th founding anniversary.

This year’s theme, “Makabagong Komunikasyon: Katuwang ng Kapulisan sa Mahusay at Mabilis na Paglilingkod sa Mamamayan,” is in line with its mission  to “provide the public a reliable, responsive and modern communication system designed to cater the communication needs of every police officer.”

The PNPCES’ main task is to provide communications and electronics services support to the PNP.
