BO-PK execs disclose worth

OFFICIALS under the Bando Osmeña-Pundok Kauswagan (BO-PK) disclosed their their respective statements of assets, liabilities and net worth (SALN) yesterday.

In their SALNs, outgoing Cebu City Rep. Tomas Osmeña and his wife Councilor Margot Osmena disclosed that they own P7.3 million worth of properties which included six units of donated fire arms and shares of stocks.

Except for their cash on hand and cash in banks which increased by P300,000 from P3.9 million in 2011 to P4.2 million last year, the couple’s other properties remained the same.

They have liabilities amounting to P1.5 million representing their still unpaid personal loan of P1.5 million with MVO Stuart.

Their liabilities went down from P1.9 million to P1.5 million after they paid off their P380,000 car loan with Metrobank.

Rep. Osmeña told Cebu Daily News that the increase came from revenues in their businesses.

But he refused to divulge details on the donation of six firearms which he received in 2011.

Their SALN did not also specify the value of the firearms.

“I do not want to go into the specifics of that,” he said.

Rep. Osmeña declared earnings of P1.1 million per year as a congressman while Councilor Osmeña declared earnings of P0.83 milliont.

The couple also declared investing P0.66 million in stocks in Happy Stars Promotion and Consultant, Inc. and Southern Gems Fashion Inc. which holds office in their home at Don Gervasio Quijada Street in barangay Guadalupe.

Their other properties include car and accessories worth P1.9 million, appliances and furniture at P320,000 and jewelry at P175,000.

Councilor Alvin Dizon declared an increase of P20,000 in his personal properties from P400,000 in 2011 to P420,000 in 2012. His real property asset remained the same.

Dizon owns a house and lot which he acquired through Pag-ibig loan valued at P235,000. But he does not have any liabilities.

Councilor Nida Cabrera declared a decrease in her personal properties from P1.2 million in 2011 to P.64 million in 2012.

Cabrera’s lot and salary loans increased from P0.5 million in 2011 to P0.75 million in 2012 while her real property assets amounting to P5.3 million remained the same.

Cabrera’s real properties include lots and building in Bogo City and Tubigon, Bohol which she inherited.  She also owns lots and buildings in Liloan town and in barangay Luz in Cebu City where she lives.

Nothing changed in the real property and personal property assets of Team Rama campaign manager and outgoing Cebu City Councilor Jose Daluz III.

Daluz declared real properties located in Compostela town and in Cebu City worth P1.2 million; time deposits of P1 million and appliances worth P75, 000.
