2 men with gunshot wounds found dead in Batangas

BATANGAS CITY, Philippines — Two men who bore bullet wounds in the head and chest were found dead in Barangay (village) Sta. Ana Elena, San Pascual, Batangas on Thursday morning.

Chief Inspector Manuel Maligaya, San Pascual police chief, said the two fatalities, who were separately hogtied with nylon cord and were blindfolded, were discovered by passing residents at around 6 a.m.

He said they were coordinating with the police units in other towns and cities in Batangas to find out if they had missing persons in their areas because it seemed that the two men were killed somewhere else and were only dumped in San Pascual.
