MANILA, Philippines—Former Movie and Television Review and Classification Board Chair Grace Poe (Team PNoy) still leads the partial official counting of the omissionn on Elections (Comelec) enbanc sitting as National Board of Canvassers.
Poe got 850,911 votes followed by reelectionist Senator Loren Legarda (Team PNoy) with 835,114 votes.
Senator Francis Escudero (Team PNoy) is third with 768,547 votes closely followed by Senator Alan Cayetano (Team PNoy) with 764,740 votes.
The only member of the United Nationalist Alliance in the top 5 is Nancy Binay with 750,816.
Sonny Angara (698,784 votes), Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel (658,102 votes) and Benigno “Bam” Aquino (649,222 votes) all from Team PNoy ranked 6th, 7th, and 8th , respectively.
Other candidates in the top 12 are reelectionist Senator Antonio Trillanes (Team PNoy) in the 9th spot with 631,426 votes, JV Ejercito (UNA) is 10th with 620,151 votes. Las Piñas lawmaker Cynthia Villar (Team PNoy) ranked 11th with 613,611 followed by reelectionist Senator Gregorio Honasan (UNA) with 600,326.
The votes came from 14 certificates of canvass from Guimaras, Parañaque, Mandaluyong, Romblon, Iligan City, Dinagat Islands, Baguio City, Navotas, Southern Leyte, Antique, Batanes, Mountain Province, Quirino and Nueva Vizcaya.
