MANILA, Philippines – Senatorial candidates Grace Poe-Llamanzares, Francis Escudero, and Loren Legarda topped the results of the partial, official count of the Commission on Elections sitting as National Board of Canvassers (NBOC) Tuesday afternoon.
The partial count was from the six Certificates of Canvass (COCs) received from Parañaque, Iligan and Mandaluyong cities, and provinces of Romblon, Guimaras, and Dinagat Islands.
The count reflects the votes of 719,914 voters out of 52,695,140 registered voters.
Partial, unofficial count of the Comelec is as of 3:50pm.
