Lending collector robbed in Talisay

A LENDING collector was robbed by two motorcycle-riding men in barangay Lawaan I, Talisay City, southern Cebu, last Thursday afternoon.

Michael Absin, 24, of barangay Yati, Liloan, Cebu, said he lost P8,000 in collection money from the robbery.

Police said Absin was collecting payment when two men on motorcycle arrived.

Police said the backrider pointed a gun at Absin and declared a holdup.

Absin said he was forced to hand the cash and his helmet worth P1,400. CORRESPONDENT GABRIEL C. BONJOC
