9 Team PNoy, 3 UNA candidates in ‘Magic 12’ as of 11:04 p.m. Monday

MANILA, Philippines—Nine senatorial candidates from the administration Team PNoy, while three from the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) have made it to the top 12 based on the partial and unofficial quick count of election watchdog Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) as of 11:04 p.m. Monday.

Based on results of 37,136 of 78,166 precincts streamed as of 11:04 p.m. on Monday, Grace Poe leads the senatorial slot with 10,778,981 votes.

The top 12 from the sixth tally to be released by PPCRV since 7:20 p.m. remained unchanged.

Re-electionist Senator Loren Legarda, also from Team PNoy, comes in second with 9,754,464 votes.

The leading candidate from UNA is Nancy Binay, with 8,594,831 votes. Other UNA bets in the top 12 are San Juan Representative JV Ejercito and reelectionist Senator Gringo Honasan.
