Pre-shaded ballots used in Pampanga precinct , Namfrel tells Comelec
MANILA, Philippines – A member of the Board of Election Inspectors in Guagua, Pampanga allegedly distributed pre-shaded ballots, reports reaching the Commission on Election (Comelec) Command Center said Monday.
Witness Elsa Bondoc reported the incident to the National Movement for Free Elections (Namfrel) which in turn informed the Comelec about the incident.
Based on the report, the pre-shaded ballots were distributed at 0169-A clustered precinct which comprises Barangay (village) San Miguel Betis, Barangay San Juan Nepa and Barangay San Juan Bautista in Guagua, Pampanga.
Alleged beneficiary in the pre-shaded ballots include Lilia Pineda, Ric Rivera and Dennis Pineda.
