MMDA: Avoid Edsa cor Scout Borromeo this weekend

MANILA, Philippines—The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority has advised motorists to avoid the southbound section of Edsa corner Scout Borromeo as it will undergo concrete re-blocking this weekend.

Potholes caused by heavy rains the past few weeks will be repaired from 10 p.m. on Friday until 4 a.m. on Monday, the MMDA Metrobase said.

The concrete re-blocking is a joint emergency project of the MMDA and the Department of Public Works and Highways.
