Skyway road project ongoing

To address the growing number of vehicles using the Skyway System’s elevated and at-grade toll road sections going toward Makati via the Edsa-Magallanes flyover, Skyway O&M Corp. (Somco) is currently widening the toll road portion from the Skyway Magallanes off-ramp to connect it to the 250-meter road portion which was widened last year on the suggestion of Public Works Secretary Rogelio Singson. The project is expected to be completed before the end of the month. Somco operates and maintains the 29.6-kilometer Skyway System’s Buendia-Alabang elevated section and Magallanes-Alabang at-grade section.
