Stars of show biz descend on Camarines Sur for actor Aga

NAGA CITY—A bevy of actor Aga Muhlach’s show business friends has descended on the fourth district of Camarines Sur starting Thursday to help him campaign for his congressional bid in the district, popularly known as the Partido area.

Muhlach’s camp confirmed that Martin Nievera, Regine Velasquez, Derek Ramsay, Boy Abunda, Cesar Montano, Willie Revillame, Bayani Agbayani,

Ai Ai de las Alas, Kris Aquino, Pokwang, Albert Martinez and many more of the actor-turned-politician’s friends are due to arrive.

The movie and TV personalities are expected to participate in a series of campaign activities for Muhlach this week, said lawyer Michelle Juan, the actor’s chief of staff.

Nievera, Velasquez and Andrew E. campaigned for Muhlach in Lagonoy town.

Popular TV host Boy Abunda will be in the town of Goa on Friday.

Sharon Cuneta will be with Andrew E. in San Jose town on May 6. Andrew E will then be in Caramoan with comedian

De las Alas and Cesar Montano, while  Ramsay and Ritz Azul will be in Sagñay on May 7.

Teen star Daniel Padilla and  comedians  Agbayani and  Pokwang are expected in Tigaon on May 8.

Muhlach is running for congressman in the fourth district of Camarines Sur against Wimpy Fuentebella, son of the district’s outgoing representative, Deputy Speaker Arnulfo Fuentebella.
