There are rumors that someone intentionally started the fire, but for now all we want is a decent burial for my son. I am sure that if somebody did this on purpose, his conscience will haunt him because the victims were two innocent children. —Joseph Jacobe, whose 4-year-old son Jaybrix died along with his playmate Arjun Salombre in the May 2 fire in Sampaloc, Manila
