Art display at Sacred Heart Hospital

A DISPLAY of select works of Cebuano painter Roberto Agas will open on Aug. 13 at 2 p.m. at the lobby of Sacred Heart Hospital on Urgello Street, Cebu Cty.

More than 40 paintings depicting the everyday labors of the Cebuano and Cebu’s rich tapestry of architecture and history will be displayed for the patients and art aficionados.

The exhibit on “Fine strokes: Sublime works of art of Cebuano painter,” slated for more than six months, will create a new dimension of patient services through its cool and humanized atmosphere.

Hospital administrator Dr. Grace Valdez and Southwestern University president Dr. Elsa Suralta will lead the whole SHH–SWU community in the ribbon-cutting and first viewing of the works.

Proceeds of the exhibit will go to the charitable projects of the hospital.
