Golf, Echo win in Cekalco

TEAM Golf-Black blasted Charlie-Green, 85-64, while Echo-Maroon crushed Foxtrot-Yellow, 95-83, Saturday night in the 2013 CEKALCO-Mayor Mike Rama Cup Inter-Color basketball tournament at the A. Lopez open court in Labangon.

Donald Catong and Jimbo Villarosa led Echo-Maroon with 27 and 15 points, respectively while Erik Yee and Edwin Lazaga paced Foxtrot-Yellow with 26 and 17 markers.

In the other game, Golf-Black led from start to finish in its 21-point demolition of Charlie-Green with Gino Almencion and pointguard Kit Arellano scoring 28 and 19 points, respectively. Estoy Panerio paced Charlie-Green with 22 points. /Correspondent Dale Rosal
