Old feud leads to shooting in Manila

POLICE arrested a former member of the Presidential Security Group after he shot and wounded a retired policeman Tuesday morning in Nagtahan, Manila.  Hever Macaraeg, 62, reportedly shot neighbor Alexander Barcia, 58, over a long-standing feud. Nancy C. Carvajal
