The African invasion is on as the Gaisano Capital South-University of Cebu (UC) Webmasters unleashed their own import to fantastic results and routed the Raphael’s Sports Cafe-University of San-Jose Recoletos (USJ–R) Jaguars, 94-57, in the Enervon-Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation Inc. (Cesafi) Partner’s Cup yesterday at the Cebu Coliseum.

Just a day after the University of San Carlos (USC) unveiled its import Ahmed Salihou, the Webmasters conformed to the times and got Jermaine Noah, an athletic 6-foot-2 forward, who wowed the crowd with a thunderous tomahawk slam in the second period that sparked the team’s breakaway as UC  led, 38-23, at halftime after being up by just three, 13-10, after the first canto.

Noah eventually finished with an impressive line of 14 points, eight rebounds and four assists as the Webmasters improved to 2-1 (win-loss) and have won two games in a row after losing their opening assignment.
