990AM: Five members of carnapping group die in QC shootout with police

Manila, Philippines—A car chase that led to a shooting incident took place at Congressional Avenue between members of a carnapping gang and the Special Task Force Group of the CIDG, said a report by Chona Yu of 990 AM Radyo Inqurier early Wednesday morning.

FEATURED STORIES

Five members of the car-napping gang die in the shootout. They were driving a black Fortuner and a gray Innova. Their names are yet to be known by members of the SOCO.

The police said they were members of the Lito Lintag group, which is known to operate in the Quezon City area.
