QC girl cries rape vs 2 ‘pals’

A teenager was arrested on complaints that he and another young man raped a 16-year-old girl over the weekend in Quezon City. Kierwin Manganan, 18, was accosted by village watchmen at his home in Barangay Socorro before dawn Monday. His cohort, aged 16, remains at large following their alleged rape of “Ana.” According to PO2 Marical Tejada of the Quezon City Police District, Ana claimed that the two boys, who were her friends, sexually abused her before dawn Sunday at a house on 15th Avenue, where they were drinking liquor.  After the rape, the suspects then brought her out and left her on 5th Avenue. The girl then reported what happened to her parents.
