Korean killed in attack

ANGELES CITY—A Korean businessman was killed and his companion was hurt on Monday when a man shot them inside their van on Friendship Highway in Anunas village here, police said.

Police identified the fatality as Im Chang-yun and the wounded as Nam Jong-cheol. The two own and operate Seven Welcome Tours, a travel agency based in Cutcut village here.

Investigation showed that the victims had just come from Man Bok Rim Restaurant and boarded their van at 4:55 p.m. when a man approached them and fired three shots.
