Robbed
Four men armed with a knife robbed a 68-year-old driver in barangay Buaya, Lapu-Lapu City yesterday.
Ernesto Ocanada, of Talisay City, driver of Marmic Taxi with plate no. GXD 861 told police that the four men boarded his cab in barangay Pusok and asked to be brought to Buaya where he was held up.

Arrested
Police yesterday arrested a man, whom they tagged as responsible for the robbery incidents in barangays Calamban and San Nicolas, Cebu City.
Kiner Pruitt, 19, was caught for carrying an unlicensed gun in barangay San Nicolas.
Police also recovered two packs believed to contain shabu from the suspect’s possession.
Police said Pruitt was identified as the one who stole the Black Berry phone of Leslie Vestil, a tabloid reporter.
Meanwhile, robbery suspect Timmy Cabiluna was also arrested yesterday in Cebu City. A warrant of arrest for his robbery case was served on Cabiluna.
The court recommended P100,000 bail for his temporary liberty./Correspondent Chito O. Aragon
Found dead
A 69-year-old Briton was found dead inside his rented room in sitio Ilang-Ilang, barangay Lagtang, Talisay City last Sunday morning.
The owner of the rented room found the Briton, James Mundy of London, England dead inside his room.
Police saw no foul play in the Briton’s death but they would submit the body for an autopsy to determine the cause of his death./Correspondent Gabriel C. Bonjoc
