MANILA, Philippines – The National Capital Region Police Office appointed a senior police officer as Manila Police District’s officer-in-charge following the retirement of its district director last week.
NCRPO director Leonardo Espina named Senior Superintendent Robert Po to replace Chief Superintendent Alex Gutierrez, who retired last April 5 as he reached the retirement age of 56.
Before his appointment as MPD officer-in-charge, Po served as the command’s deputy district director for administration.
