STA CRUZ, Laguna — President Benigno Aquino III on Friday led the campaign sortie here of Team PNoy, which was also attended by three senatorial bets and other local candidates.
Senator Loren Legarda, former Akbayan Representative Risa Hontiveros and former Senator Maria Ana Consuelo “Jamby” Madrigal were present when the President arrived at the Sta Cruz Plaza open grounds before 11a.m.
Re-electionist Senator Antonio “Sonny” Trillanes IV and Paolo Benigno “Bam” Aquino IV only sent their representatives.
It was the second time this week that the President joined the provincial sorties of his team. He was also present when the group returned to Cavite Thursday.
