Man’s body dumped in Fairview

MANILA, Philippines—The body of a man riddled with stab wounds was found dumped in a neighborhood in Barangay (village) North Fairview, Quezon City, early Tuesday.

Police said the victim was discovered lying on his back by a resident of Adrian Street, North Fairview Park Subdivision.

Case investigator Senior Police Officer 1 Pascual Fabreag noted that the man had rope marks on the neck and several stab wounds on the body.

A resident walking home stumbled on the body around 3:30 a.m. and reported his discovery to subdivision security guards.

The man, estimated to be 30 to 35 years old, was 5’4″ tall, of medium build and fair-skinned.

Fabreag said the victim was clad in a yellow shirt and black shorts.

No one in the neighborhood witnessed who abandoned the body prior to its discovery, the investigator said.
