USC belles gear up for V-League stint

The Belles of the University of San Carlos Lady Spiking Warriors aim to make a splash when they compete in the 10th season of the Shakey’s V-League starting April 7 at the Arena in San Juan City.

The Shakey’s V-League marks its milestone 10th season with one of the most power-packed casts ever put up in years featuring 10 teams with varied strengths and styles.

“What makes this 10th season doubly exciting is that we have two new teams and a Visayan selection which could offer a different kind of challenge for the league’s regulars,” said Sports Vision chair Moying Martelino.
