SAN PEDRO, Laguna—An eight-hour monstrous traffic affecting a nine-kilometer stretch of the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) occurred starting early morning on Holy Thursday because of enormous volumes of Holy Week travellers going to various destinations and two minor accidents, according to the South Luzon Tollway Corporation (SLTC) operatives.
