Did you know: TM Kalaw

T.M. Kalaw Street in Manila was named after the late historian, legislator and educator Teodoro M. Kalaw. Born on March 31, 1884, he studied law under mentors such as Rafael Palma and Juan Sumulong. A bar topnotcher, he became the youngest member of the Philippine Assembly at age 25. Kalaw died on Dec. 4, 1940. Schatzi Quodala, Inquirer Research
