Fire hits residential area in Caloocan City
MANILA, Philippines—Firefighters are putting out a blaze that gutted a residential area in Caloocan City Monday afternoon, a Bureau of Fire Protection-National Capital Region officer said.
The fire along Lapu-Lapu Street in Barangay (village) 78 near Monumento Circle in Caloocan City started at 4:34 p.m, Fire Officer 3 Owen Ferrera said.
Ferrera said the blaze had been placed under second alarm at 4:41 p.m.
