Even if the elections are only a month and three weeks away, Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama said it isn’t too late to implement the Cebu Circumferential road project proposed under the Metro Cebu Development Project (MCDP) 3.

Rama, who chairs the Regional Development Council in Central Visayas (RDC-7) said the road project can address the growing traffic congestion in Metro Cebu area.

He said he will have the RDC-7 archives revisited to check on the status of the proposed circumferential road projects that will traverse the western part of Cebu.
