When they arrived in Agus at 1:30 a.m., Totong asked his two friends to get off.

Shortly after the two victims got off the motorcycle, Totong drew a gun and started shooting, police said.

Kandayo was able to run. He informed his relatives and the victim’s family about the incident.

Accompanied by police, the victim’s relatives went back to the place where the shooting took place and found Sultan slumped on the ground.

The victim was brought to the Lapu-Lapu City Hospital but he was declared dead.

Kadayo told police that the attack caught him by surprise since since they didn’t argued with the suspect.

Police said no one was able to jot down the plate number or any markings of the motorcycle used by the perpetrators.
