Father stabs son

A 19-YEAR-OLD tricycle driver was wounded after he was stabbed by his father in barangay Suba, Danao City, northern Cebu Thursday evening.

Jerome Manipis was wounded in the right shoulder. The man’s 48-year-old father Guilllermo fled after the incident.

Police said Guillermo was drunk when he and his son argued in their house on Duterte Street.

At the height of the argument, the father took a knife and attacked his son, PO1 Wendale Jay Bairuta, desk officer of Danao City police, said.
